What happens when a contest ends?

The client chose the duration of the contest at the start. When the contest ends, the client receives an automatically generated email describing how and within what timeframe they should select a winner. At this stage, the client can still make a final request for adjustments or personalization.

The winning designer then receives an automatically generated email with instructions on how to transfer the winning files to the client. The designer does this by uploading the files, after any minor adjustments, via a link that Brandsupply sends.

The client then receives another automatic request to review the files. If they approve the files, the designer will be notified, and the prize money will be transferred. If the client does not immediately approve the files, the designer will be asked to make the necessary adjustments and upload them again.

Thanks to this automated process, Brandsupply can guarantee a seamless transfer of files and copyright.

It may also happen that the client chooses to extend the contest by one week or to close the contest without selecting a winner.
