I am not receiving your emails; can I do something about that?

Sometimes, our emails may be sent to your spam folder by your server and do not appear in your inbox.

To resolve this issue and ensure you don't miss important emails, you can "whitelist" our address:

Gmail: Go to Settings > choose 'Filters and Blocked Addresses' > create a new filter > enter our domain @brandsupply.nl in the 'from:...' field > select that emails from this sender should not go to the spam folder.

The filter will only work from the moment you set it up and does not apply to emails that have already been sent.

Outlook: Go to Settings > choose Options > click on Spam/Junk Email > click on Safe Senders. Here, you can enter our domain @brandsupply.nl and click on add. Finally, click on save, and you're done.

Also, check the blocked addresses: Settings > Options > Junk > Blocked Addresses.

Yahoo: Go to Options > choose 'Mail Options' > click on 'Filters' > and 'Add'. Enter @brandsupply.nl in the sender field and choose 'Inbox' as the folder where these emails should go.

For other domains, look up instructions online.
